1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using aicheap.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

aicheap.io is an API gateway that routes requests to third-party large language model providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, and Meta). We provide drop-in compatibility with the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs via subscription plans.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. All plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate content that violates applicable law, the terms of the underlying model providers, or the acceptable use policies of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, or Meta.

5. Fair Use and Anti-Abuse

Subscription plans are sold for the personal use of a single individual. The per-plan monthly spend limits, rate limits (RPM and TPM), and model access exist to keep the gateway fast and available for everyone. To protect the service for all customers, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling or sublicensing — reselling, renting, sublicensing, or otherwise providing access to the Service (or to outputs generated through it) as a paid or free product to third parties.
• Key sharing — sharing, publishing, or distributing your API key, or allowing it to be used by anyone other than you. A single subscription may not serve multiple people, a team, an organization, or the end users of a public application or bot.
• Account pooling and multi-accounting — pooling usage across multiple accounts, creating multiple accounts to obtain additional capacity, or aggregating requests from many users behind one key.
• Circumventing limits — using proxies, automation, scripts, or any technical means to evade spend limits, rate limits, plan restrictions, or detection; or scraping the Service.
• Inflated or machine-driven volume — generating artificially high request volume that is inconsistent with good-faith individual usage and degrades service for other customers.

We continuously monitor for these patterns. Where abuse is detected we may, at our discretion and without refund, throttle, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate the account, revoke affected API keys, and pursue recovery of costs caused by the abuse. Teams or applications that need to serve multiple users or higher limits must use an Enterprise plan.

6. Data and Privacy

We do not store prompts or completions routed through the gateway. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or via the dashboard at console.aicheap.io.
